About The Role

Our marketing objectives are shifting as we grow, and we are looking for a Vice President of Marketing Operations to take on a leadership role in our marketing department to help drive this growth. In this role, you will support our existing marketing efforts as well as build out new initiatives and strategies as we scale in a new direction. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide data-backed insights into our marketing performance, ensure marketing KPIs are met, and ideate new growth opportunities, as well as manage the day-to-day operation of the marketing team. You will play a critical role in the next stage of growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-oriented marketing strategies for lead generation and content marketing to achieve company and department KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and expand the marketing team while providing support and insight for team members
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with broader company strategies through interdepartmental collaboration
  • Measure marketing initiatives to demonstrate contribution to growth objectives while providing actionable insight on a consistent basis
  • Understand market and consumer trends, competitive landscape, and themes in the personal finance sector

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • You are experienced in PPC marketing, especially paid social. (Familiarity with affiliate/performance marketing is a plus)
  • You are comfortable managing campaigns that directly drive revenue to specific ROI targets.
  • You excel in leadership or management roles and have a documented history of developing, inspiring, retaining, and coaching teams to drive attainment of ambitious company objectives.
  • You know how to develop, evolve, and execute a data-driven marketing strategy, including hands-on expertise with marketing platforms and defined optimization strategies. You should be able to explain a campaign lifecycle in detail.
  • You have a proven ability to build ad creatives, including images and headlines.
  • You have a deep familiarity with marketing content production process, including a solid understanding of SEO strategies.

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

About The Role

We are looking for an exceptional marketer capable of using statistical tools to interpret data sets to join Wise Publishing as a Data Analyst and Media Buyer. The role is accountable for driving the analysis of various marketing campaigns and initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

This includes supporting senior team members in the execution of the marketing strategy, helping to define success metrics and creating reports. You will also assist in creating and managing campaigns to increase traffic, generate leads, and grow revenue. You must be someone who is able to make smart data-driven decisions to manage and optimize campaigns.

You must be comfortable with data analysis, be able to communicate your findings to internal stakeholders, and work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven and will leverage superb technical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive analytically sound recommendations to efficiently drive scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of media buying strategies in a clear and concise manner with definable goals
  • Manage campaigns across various platforms
  • Perform regular analysis and optimization of campaigns
  • Compile, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to help us identify trends and expose new opportunities
  • Design and build campaign reports using tools to communicate findings and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze A/B testing results to make recommendations to help improve user experience and business results
  • Use SQL to access data, write complex queries, and perform analyses

  • Minimum 2 years of analytics experience especially in a marketing context
